• All data will be removed without recovery.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups. ThickHost is not responsible for any data loss.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• Malware or harmful scripts
• Hacking or unauthorized access
• Crypto mining or excessive resource usage

Violation may result in immediate suspension without notice.

9. Resource Usage

Accounts using excessive CPU, RAM, or server resources may be limited, suspended, or terminated to maintain server stability.

10. Domain Services

Domain registration and renewal are the customer's responsibility. Failure to renew may result in permanent loss of the domain.

11. Limitation of Liability

ThickHost shall not be liable for any damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
