We provide shared hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, and digital solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.
All services must be paid in advance. Hostifly.in may suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices. Auto-renewal is enabled by default unless cancelled by you manually.
Our refund policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. Domain-related products, license keys, and setup fees are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate your services without prior notice if you violate any of our policies, engage in abusive behavior, or harm server performance or reputation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your content. While we may take internal backups, we do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.
We offer a 99.9% uptime SLA on shared and reseller hosting. This does not include scheduled maintenance, network issues beyond our control, or customer-side problems.
Our plans are subject to fair use. Excessive resource usage may lead to throttling, suspension, or request for upgrade. Unlimited hosting does not mean infinite usage.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version is always available on our website.
